Hayli Howard

Hayli Howard is the owner of AcroDance by Hayli and is certified with Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility.  She is based out of the Houston area.

Hayli has been teaching tumbling for over 20 years. She started teaching USAG gymnastics and tumbling and has grown a passion for Acro throughout the years. She loves to see when Acro meets dance seamlessly. Hayli's goal is to provide the best quality of instruction while also giving each student individualized direction. Hayli believes in injury prevention and has a continuing partnership with Texas Children’s Sports Medicine to work to provide a safe environment for every student. In addition, she is working to bring awareness to mental health in the AcroDance community through a partnership with the Umbrella Project and Rachelle Davis.

Hayli’s mission is to foster a community where strong leadership, a mindset of excellence, and a connected culture drive every aspect of AcroDance with Hayli. We are dedicated to creating an environment where each teammate thrives through injury prevention, and skills are nurtured for long-term growth. By prioritizing safety, education, and mental resilience, we aim to empower dancers to reach their full potential while maintaining the longevity of their abilities, both on and off the mat.

Hannah, SFA Dance Team

"Working with Hayli has truly been a game changer in my acro training. She challenges me to get our of my comfort zone to achieve my goals and encourages me to believe in myself in moments of doubt. Each time I work with Hayli I grow as a dancer and as a person. Acro has never ever been my strongest style but Hayli always has confidence in me even if I didn't have it in myself. She never let me give up and it led to me accomplishing several goals in just a couple weeks. I am proud to say that with the help of Hayli and several others I was able to make the SFA dance team. Training with her is both fun and challengening but at the end of the day the hard work pays off!!"

Ashlyn, Dancer

"I have been working with Hayli for years now, and allI have to say is amazing, great things about her and her work. She has helped me grow so much as a dancer, but so much more as a person. If you get a chance to work with her you are a lucky one, because she will truly change your life."

Shannon, Dance Mom

"Ms. Hayli at ADWH has been a wonderful addition to my girls' dance training! She is patient, encouraging, and doesn't let them give up. She challenges them to become better and helps them work on their mindset too. My girls and I both are grateful our paths crossed. They are both competitive dancers and have also been in gymnastics and tumbling since they were toddlers. They quit tumbling after finding the perfect fit with Ms. Hayli! We recommend ADWH to anyone looking for tumbling with a dance spin, that teaches better technique and transitions, along with mindset to! We cannot imagine dance life without Ms. Hayli in it now!!

Hailey Raiford

Hi! My name is Hailey Raiford, and I’ve been dancing since I was 13.
I started working with AcroDance with Hayli in 2023, and it’s been such a fun and rewarding part of my dance journey.

I’ve been assisting at ADWH for a year now, and I’m so excited to be stepping into my role as both a Certified Teacher and an assistant! I’ve loved learning from the amazing ADWH community, watching dancers improve, and building strong bonds with the students.

I love working with students because they bring so much joy, energy, and curiosity to every class. I’m passionate about helping dancers feel confident, strong, supported, and inspired. I’m known for bringing positive energy to class and creating a fun, yet hard-working environment where dancers can thrive. Some of my favorite styles I’ve trained in are acro, hip hop, and contemporary. I love how each one challenges me in different ways and lets me express myself through movement.

I am excited to watch my dancers progress and reach their goals throughout the year. I can’t wait to continue growing and learning as a teacher while building even stronger connections with the ADWH fam. I couldn’t be more thankful or excited for what’s to come!
